Sandsend pavilion was built in 1910 as part of Sandsend Tennis Club. It has been renovated and extended to provide generous accommodation in a luxury style for up to ten adults.
The front garden is the old tennis courts and is therefore large and flat providing plenty of space for childrens games.
There are good sea views from the garden and the pavilion and there is a large outside entertaining area.
Internally there are five bedrooms. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom( which also has a sofa bed in an annex) and a twin bedroom, both with en-suites and a twin bedroom with its own bathroom. Downstairs there is a disabled access double bedroom with en-suite wet room,another double bedroom with its own shower room and a cloakroom/utility. There are two cots and highchairs available.
The large kitchen-diner is well equipped and has a large table to comfortably seat 10 people. There is a range cooker, large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher to facilitate good entertaining. The lounge has comfortable seating for 8+ and is well equiped with audio-visual equipment, including Sky and DVD, a range of games, reading materials and local information.
